At Nxtwood Craftcore Pvt Ltd, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a transparent return and refund process.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are only accepted if the product is received in a defective or damaged condition.
- Custom-made or personalised pieces are not eligible for returns, except in cases where they are damaged or faulty during transit.
- Any issue with your order must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

How to Request a Return
Please reach out to our support team at info@nxtwood.us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Share your order number and a brief explanation of why you’d like to return the item, including photos or videos if they help show the issue.
After we review your request and confirm approval, we’ll send you detailed return shipping instructions.
3. Refunds
Refunds are initiated only after the returned product has been received and inspected by our team.
Once approved, the refund will be issued to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable unless the return is a result of an error on our side.
4. Cancellations
Orders booked offline or placed via email or phone can be canceled within 24 hours, as long as production has not yet started.
For customised or bulk orders, cancellations may not be possible once raw materials have been purchased or the manufacturing process is underway.
Any refunds related to cancellations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and processed only after mutual approval.
