At Nxtwood Craftcore Pvt Ltd, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a transparent return and refund process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are only accepted if the product is received in a defective or damaged condition.
  • Custom-made or personalised pieces are not eligible for returns, except in cases where they are damaged or faulty during transit.
  • Any issue with your order must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

How to Request a Return

  • Please reach out to our support team at info@nxtwood.us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Share your order number and a brief explanation of why you’d like to return the item, including photos or videos if they help show the issue.

  • After we review your request and confirm approval, we’ll send you detailed return shipping instructions.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are initiated only after the returned product has been received and inspected by our team.

  • Once approved, the refund will be issued to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping and handling fees are not refundable unless the return is a result of an error on our side.

4. Cancellations

  • Orders booked offline or placed via email or phone can be canceled within 24 hours, as long as production has not yet started.

  • For customised or bulk orders, cancellations may not be possible once raw materials have been purchased or the manufacturing process is underway.

  • Any refunds related to cancellations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and processed only after mutual approval.
